Carbon Lifecycle

The carbon released during biomass combustion is part of the natural short-cycle — unlike fossil fuels, it was recently absorbed from the atmosphere and is returned within the same cycle.

Redbank is designed to be fuelled by biomass waste streams, including agricultural residues and timber byproducts, sourced in accordance with responsible land use principles.
